What time does the event start?

The networking portion starts at 11:30am. The event goes from 12:00 - 1:00pm.

What are my parking options?

For the best experience, please leave room for Bellevue lunch-hour traffic, and getting to your parking space.

Parking locations (click for pdf map of all three):

1. At Meydenbauer: validated, ~330 spaces available
2. At The Griffin Lot: validated, plenty of spaces available
3. At Bellevue Plaza Corporate Garage: not validated, short walk to/from venue.
4. Consider carpooling or using Uber or Lyft.

Please note:

• Meydenbauer event parking at the Bravern is discouraged (they have a sign to that effect posted).
• If you plan to arrive closer to noon, we encourage going directly to the Griffin or Bellevue Plaza lot to park.

What seating arrangements are available?

Each guest will be seated at a table. During registration, you will have the ability to write in the name of table host you would like to sit with. If you aren't sure, write "none." We will assign you to a table host at a later date. If you would like to change table hosts, please contact Andrea at 425-228-6356, x110 or andreak@visionhouse.org.

Do I need a ticket to get in?

No, simply stop by the registration desk to pick up your name tag and find your table location.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you may login to Eventbrite to update your registration, or you may update it by contacting Andrea at 425-228-6356, x110 or andreak@visionhouse.org.

Whom do I notify of my dietary restrictions?

You will have the ability to list any dietary restrictions during the registration process.
